Description
QIANGLI EM-2121 Emulsion is a non-ionic polydimethylene with an active content of 60%Silicone emulsion, because of its non-ionic nature, it can be widely used in various systems, such as non-ionic Proton, anion, cationic emulsification system or polymer system that does not form a complex.

Instructions
When used as a release/lubricant, QIANGLI EM-2121 Emulsion can be directly or diluted. Use, traditional spraying, dipping, rubbing or brushing.
Low hardness water should be used release. For example, 1 part by mass of QIANGLI EM-2121 Emulsion uses 10 parts by mass of water .Dilution, the user can do a small test verification according to the concentration required by the use method before production. Padding process
1. Use a non-ionic detergent to rinse the fabric thoroughly, and then use 2 g/L 80% acetic acid to dissolve Rinse for 5 minutes. This process can neutralize the residual alkali in the previous process and avoid the instability of the dipping liquid .Certainly cause oil spots or sticky rollers.
2. If grease-resistant resin or filler is used in the process, it should be diluted according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. If the temperature is too high, the temperature should be lowered to 30℃ before padding the silicone emulsion. the following.
3. Pre-dilute QIANGLI EM-2121 Emulsion with approximately the same quality of water, Then add it to the mixing tank as needed.
4. If you need to use grease-resistant catalyst, please use the same quality of water to pre-mix Then add it to the mixing tank.
5. Dilute with cold water to the required volume.
Note when using
• Use clean mixing tanks, conveying lines, roll boxes and rollers
• Use cold water to dilute the lotion
• Do not use high shear agitators when preparing finishing solutions

Storage and validity
