  Job responsibilities

  1. According to the company's development strategy, carry out human resource planning, organizational structure adjustment, corporate culture construction, and complete talent recruitment and staff training.
  2. Build and implement the company's performance compensation management system. ；

  Job requirements

  1. Full time bachelor degree or above, HR, management or related professional background is preferred;
  2. More than 3 years working experience in food industry;
  3. Have a systematic understanding and practical experience of human resource management mode, have advanced human resource concept, and be able to guide the work of various functional modules; group management experience is preferred;
  4. Strong leadership and management ability, good at communication, excellent organization and coordination ability and analysis and judgment ability;
  5. Be familiar with national and regional laws, regulations and policies;
  6. Have strategic and strategic thinking, and have the ability to build and integrate different work teams;
