For eyelash fiber drawing with water dilution, low viscosity silicone oil emulsion is the optimal choice. Pure high viscosity silicone oil tends to cause caking and fiber sticking, which is not recommended.

Preferred stock solution viscosity: 10~50cSt. It delivers dry and smooth lubrication after dilution, preventing fiber adhesion and ensuring smooth drawing.

Upgraded option: Hydroxyl/polyether modified silicone oil emulsion
Superior smoothness, good water solubility and stable mixing with water. No sticky surface after shaping.
- Note: High viscosity silicone oil above 100cSt brings heavy oily texture and easily leads to fiber tangling.
Common practical models
- Regular smooth type: Emulsified 201-20cSt silicone oil, cost-effective and stable after dilution
- Anti-stick high smooth type: 303 smoothing silicone oil emulsion, low drawing resistance, neat fiber arrangement
- Quick-dry non-stick type: Cyclopentasiloxane emulsion, zero residue and dry touch after drying
