PDMS base adhesive mainly uses vinyl-terminated silicone oil for addition-cured systems, or hydroxyl silicone oil (107 silicone rubber) for condensation-cured systems, together with crosslinking agents, catalysts and fillers.

Selection suggestionsFor transparent, high-strength electronic potting or medical use, choose vinyl-terminated silicone oil (1,000–5,000 mPa·s).
For room-temperature curing molds or sealants, choose hydroxyl silicone oil (5,000–50,000 mPa·s).
